Trust

This morning I had an old song in my heart. "I will trust in the Lord"........I will trust in the Lord...I will trust in the Lord.....I will trust in the Lord until I die.....I will trust in the Lord....I will trust in the Lord......I will trust in the Lord until I die.... As I sang this song I thought about my grandparents and great-grandparents that live and walked in faith. I was encouraged knowing that although things may have been hard at times the song in their heart helped them through....What song is in your heart? Trust God Today!

Rain Rain Go Away

Remember the song "Rain rain go away, come again another day?" Well it's gone at least for now. But did you know we really do need the rain. Think of all the things rain produces. Even though at times storms can be a great inconvenience. Without the gloomy days the sunny days would be less enjoyable. Without the storms we may forget to call on the one who can bring PEACE. A trial is the rain of life. Think of all the things your trials have produced. And next time instead of viewing that trial or rainy day so negatively, imagine the possibilities of what will bloom. Live in the light!
